Perspective Easement

 

This type of easement occurs let's say your property is a parking lot and it is next to a school, so the school children on the way to the school cut into your parking lot every day. This easement will go into your deed as Perspective Easement. 

Here the property has been used for an extended period of time, let's say the school children have been crossing into the parking lot in order to get into their school and have been using the parking lot as a short cut let's say for a period of 5 years or more.
